Description

According electronic-lab site describe that 4 Channel RF remote built using PT2262 and PT2272-M4 IC from Princeton technology. PT2262 used as Encoder (Transmitter) and PT2272-M4 Decoder (Receiver) ICs are heart of the project. The receiver provides 4 channel Momentary outputs. All outputs are TTL level can be interface with other circuits or relay board. Transmitter works with 5V to 12V DC. Receiver works with 5V DC.

When any of SW1-SW4 (S1-S4) tact switch is pressed the, power is applied to encoder IC and RF transmitter module, the encoder then starts scanning Jumper J1-J8 and transmitting the status of the 8 bits address and data serially. The decoder IC receives the data and compares two times with J1-J8 address jumpers and provides outputs high and also VT LED goes On, if the data is Valid and address of Transmitter and Receiver are same. It is important to have same jumper settings J1-J8 at transmitter and receiver to pair both. Multiple remote can be used to control devices at same location by changing the address codes. All address is Tri-State and offers 6561 combinations.

The circuit will show in Figure 1. above, the operation start with when we apply the power supply to the circuit. The IC1 will acts as the step up voltage converter. The voltage will increased to pin 1 of IC1-KA34063 through diode D1 to OUT point. We can adjust the output voltage by adjusting at VR1.

How it works

According Eleccircuit site describe how the circuit work as follow that the 50W BCL car audio amplifiers circuit, at pin 9 and pin 10 of IC1 into the power supply from the battery 12 volts. Then pin 6, 12 and 17 are connected to a negative voltage, there are two capacitors C6, C7 serves as eliminate interference and power backup for IC1, respectively. To make It run without distortion of the noise signal.

Is to be noted that terminal of speaker will be connected to ground of system. Since we know already that the circuit is connected like the bridge amplifiers. So If there are connecting a speaker cable wrong point or connected to ground. The detection system will immediately errors. Resulting voltage pin 8 is close to the negative voltage, cause current flow through from voltage +12 volts, through to R4 cause LED1 glow to alarm user know error.

If the operation of the circuit is normal, voltage at pin 8 is very close to the power supply, cause the reverse bias so makes LED1 go out. (A resistor R4 that series with LED1 can be damaged if too little.But if a R2 value too much. The current through LED1 less do not see the brightness of LED1.

The lift level voltage circuit is connected output to pin 3, 5 and pin 13, 15. To will connected to the electrolytic capacitors C5, C4, to serves as boost current and voltage rises. makes power watts higher as well.

At pin 4 of IC1 consists of switch S1, R2, R3 and C8 serves as select mode that will be Stand-by or Mute. Suppose that turn on switch S1 state now will be prepared so that wait a simple voice, Is turn on ready to work. But must delay before. Which takes about 1 second, wait the capacitor C8 charges through R3 before.

The time delay is the symbol “T”.
Can be calculated as follows.

T = R3xC8

When R3 and C8 is equal to 100 Kohms 10 micro farads.
Therefore, the delay time.
T = 100K x 10uF = 1 Second
The time delay is equal to 1 second.

But if turn off switch S1 now C8-capacitor will discharge through R4 to ground This condition will stop the sound. While in a state of IC1 stop this noise. The very low flow is 200 micro Amperes.

LM35 provides output of 10mV/Centigrade.

When C2 is discharged to below zero, D3 clamps the voltage to -0.5V and the current through L1 continues to flow until it decays to zero. At this point, SCR2 becomes reverse biased and commutates. Then the process begins again –and runs at several kHZ. This frequency may be controlled either manually (this discussion) or automatically regulated (future discussions).

    Circuit schematic like in Figure 1 above is 3.7V to 8.7V Automatic Switching Power Supply using LM7805 IC. In this circuit that the output voltage is variable although LM7805 is used to be served as fixed-voltage regulator. The variable output voltage varies from 3.7 volt to 8.7 volt come from the connection of a potentiometer RV1 between common terminal of regulator IC and ground. Thus, the output will increase by 1 volt (taking into account 1.3-volt drop across diodes D5 and D6).

    How this power supply can shut off automatically when not any load in output terminals? This conditioan will be achieved with the help of transistors Q1 and Q2, diodes D5 and D6, and capacitor C2. When any load connected in the output terminal, potential drop across diodes D5 and D6 (approximately 1.3V). It is make enough for transistors Q2 and Q1 to conduct. As a result, the relay RL1 gets energy and remains in that state as long as the load remains connected in output terminal. 

    Capacitor C2 gets charged to around 7-8 volt potential flow through transistor Q2 at same time. Transistor Q2 is cut off when the load is disconnected. Capacitor C2 still be charged and it starts discharging through base of transistor Q1. After some time  the relay RL1 is not energized, which switches off the mains input to primary of transformer TR1. Now, we can press the SW1 switch to resume the power again. As note that higher the value of capacitor C2 will be the delay in switching off the power supply on disconnection of the load, and it is also apply vice versa.

THis circuit can be used to charge almost all standard 2S LiPo battery packs. The circuit, designed around generally available low-cost components, is very simple, safe, and economical. The typical target voltage of a 2S LiPo battery is usually 8.4 V (note that target voltage is not the same as the nominal voltage, which is 7.4 V typical), and LiPo batteries require a special type of charging mode that uses the CC/CV method (constant current/constant voltage) with 1-C charge grade (1 A for a 1,000-mAh battery). 

    According Electroschematics site describe The design is optimized for batteries of 1,000 mAh or higher, and the input power source can be any linear/switch-mode power supply capable of catering an output current of minimum 1,500 mA at 18 V. Normally, a LiPo battery connected to this circuit will be charged to 95% of its nominal voltage within 60 minutes and charged up to 100% of its target voltage within two hours thereafter.

    The electronics is, in fact, a perfect blend of one constant current source and one constant voltage source built around the popular adjustable three-pin voltage regulator LM317T (IC1 & IC2). Here, IC1 and R1 set the output current limit while IC2, with R2 and P1, sets the regulated voltage output. Related capacitors (C1–C2) are used to increase the circuit stability by reducing unwanted noise. The rest of the electronics is a bunch of visual indicators and their supporting components. LED1 (amber) is the “power-/battery-connected” indicator; LED2 (blue) is the “current flow” indicator; and LED3 (red) is the optional “battery-charged” indicator. The entire circuit can be constructed on a small perf board (see my nearly finished prototype). Both ICs must have heat sinks, and the TO-220 heatsinks should be isolated from other components of the circuit.

When power switch S1 is turned on, dc supply from the Ni-Cd battery pack is extended to the white LED (D3). Resistor R3 determines the LED current. Capacitor C1 works as a buffer.
